Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, raspberries, or other fruit
- 1 (6-ounce) container blueberry, strawberry, or vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk or lactose-free milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch ground cinnamon
Directions
In a blender, purée the oats. Add the banana, blueberries, yogurt, milk, 1 tablespoon of the honey and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. If needed, add the remaining tablespoon of honey.
