This frosty, mild drink is high in protein and will help keep you feeling full longer. Try substituting other fruit combinations that appeal to you to add a little variety to your diet. This recipe can also help relieve a sore mouth or taste alterations due to treatment. 

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope vanilla instant breakfast mix (e.g., Carnation Essentials)

  • 1 cup low-fat milk or fortified milk (see Fortified Milk recipe)

  • 1 (6-ounce) container low-fat peach yogurt 

  • 1 cup frozen peaches or 6 to 10 crushed ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend until smooth.
